Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and itpro360 LLC ("we", "us") about your use of My Apps (the "service", at myapps.tooly.fyi). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
My Apps lets you keep a personal page of links to web apps and services, organize them, and share them with other account holders. The service is provided free of charge. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Tooly account, which is also provided by itpro360 LLC under its own terms.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
- Give your real name and an email address you control, and keep them accurate. Don't sign up using someone else's email address.
- An account is for one person. Don't share your sign-in details.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Tooly password, authenticator app and recovery codes safe, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything illegal, or to link to or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights;
- share links to malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive or harm people;
- try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or get around the service's security or limits;
- disrupt or overload the service, probe it for weaknesses, or attack it in any way;
- create accounts automatically or in bulk, or resell or rebrand the service;
- use the service to send spam or to harass anyone.
4. Your content and sharing
The app names, addresses and categories you add are yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to you and to the people you choose to share them with, only as needed to run the service. You're responsible for what you share and for making sure you're allowed to share it. If you share an app with "everyone", every account holder can see it.
5. Other websites
The apps on your page are links to websites we don't own or control. We aren't responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices, and a link appearing on the service, including one shared with you, doesn't mean we endorse it. Be careful with links shared by others.
6. Suspension and ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or remove an account, or limit access to the service, if you break these terms, if your account puts the service or other people at risk, or if we stop offering the service. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first. Sections 5 and 7 to 10 continue to apply after your account ends.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that your data will never be lost. Export your apps regularly if they matter to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, itpro360 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
9. Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using the service, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where itpro360 LLC is organized, in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term right away doesn't mean we give up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the effective date above, and if a change is significant we'll make it clear on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
